Fitness Equipment and accessories purchased at facilitate.shop may be returned or exchanged (excluding shipping and handling charges) for a full refund if returned in its original package, unopened and unused within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g., credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Any cash refunds will be refunded with a cheque being issued and mailed from our corporate head office. Please note that all purchase returns over USD500.00 may be returned by cheque or are subject to 2% service charge.
Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 7 days of receiving the item(s). All merchandise for return must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging. Shipping costs associated to the return are the customer’s responsibility.
Any out of box and/or used product which is returned within 30 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- Any returns or exchange must be accompanied with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- For the purpose of hygienic reasons all exercise mats, stability balls, gloves, resistance tubing, resistance bands, heart rate monitors and other product deemed hygienically sensitive (by store manager) may not be returned or exchanged any time after purchase.
- Supplements may not be returned for refund or exchange at any time.
- Floor models and refurbished items are sold as final sale only and do not apply to the standard return policy.
- At any time, facilitate.shop reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
